Course Enrollment
Any amount paid to acquire any course, program or service, will not be refundable. Before making the final payment for the course, all the interested students should ensure that they go through the course description, the admission requirements as well as other information passed to them. Payment and Deadlines
It is important also to note that all course fees are required to be paid flexible payment option. And if you are paying in installments then the inability to make payment in time may lead to some or all content and services being locked until the full payment is paid for.
Transfer to another course
If student want to transfer to a different course kindly contact us within 7 days from the starting date of the course. The request for transfer is dependent on availability as well as the course the student intends to transfer to.
Transfer of registration to another person
If student want to pass their course registration to another person of their choice up to the time when the course requirements are concerned. However, we require the cancellation be done at least 14 days before the starting of the course.
Cancellation or Rescheduling by AI Career Academy
If a course is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be given the following options: Transfer to another course or batch at no additional cost/Credit toward future courses. While refunds are not provided in such cases, we aim to accommodate your learning requirements.
Technical Requirements
They pay for any necessary hardware, software and Internet connection that would enable them enroll for and attend online courses. On the student's part any technical problems will not warrant an extension of the course or a refund.
Disputes and Chargebacks
In the situation of any form of refund disputes or charge backs which may be initiated after enrollment into AI Career Academy any individual holds the right to access the content of the course until the issue at hand is resolved. If the chargeback is invalid, students will be charged fees of every chargeback they make.

- 3. Interfering or attempting to interfere with the service of any user, host, or network, including but not limited to submitting viruses, overloading, “flooding,” “spamming,” “mailbombing,” or “crashing” the platform.
- 4. Sending unsolicited emails or other communications, including promotions and advertisements of products or services.
- 5. Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or posting in newsgroups or forums. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
